It's A...

Boy!!!

BJ and I were both quite surprised. Honestly, we were so sure it was a girl that I almost made the ultrasound tech check again. Luckily I restrained myself and only uttered a small "hmmm" (I thought "WHAT?!" might be slightly inappropriate).

Anyway, we are having another little boy and are very happy about it. BJ thinks it's great because now we'll have the makings of a barbershop quartet. :) And, as one of my voice students put it, it's great because McKay is a cute boy and the world needs more of them. Thanks Michelle. :)

Everything else, including the feet, looked great on the ultrasound. Our little little man (BJ's nickname for the little little guy) was rolling around and kicking his very straight-looking feet, so hopefully no club foot problems this time. We're very grateful for that!

Here's to little men!

Oh it will be so fun to have two little boys close in age to be buddies with each other and for you to dress up!! Congratulations!

We can't wait to welcome him to the family!! McKay is so beautiful you could almost call him a girl and then you'd have one of each, but we won't say that out loud! It's so exciting to think that in 5 or 6 months we'll have another person in our family!!

What?? oh my goodness, I can't believe it... I definitely thought it was a girl too. Tim knew it was a boy tho :) We are very excited for this new addition.

Haha. I'm laughing at your mom's comment. McKay is a very pretty boy, in the best way. :) I'm excited for you guys! We can't wait to meet the little man! :)

It would be nice to have one of each but now you don't have to go buy all new clothes, toys and whatever else. Our baby P is just going to have to wear some of Sages newborn clothes until she is older. She is going to get all the hand me downs. I guess thats the downfall to being poor in dental school! Congrats tho!

So when I'm wrong, I'M WRONG!

But then I thought I was having a boy, so who was really listening to me anyhow?

Also, I have a small confession. I was DYING to know what you were having so I had Riss text Beck to see if she was allowed to share.

So it's possible I knew before the blog told me. I'M SUCH A SNEAK.

Hee hee.

I had nooo problem saying "Are you sure!?" We seriously spent like 5 minutes staring at the butt, moved on to the other parts, and then came back to the butt for another 5. Finally I was convinced that the US tech knew what she was talking about!

Just to add one more thing, it's so important to have good guys, and I know you will raise up some good, honest, righteous, sweet, adorable boys.
